Keep daily immediate tasks front and center…

Ntiviti provides a short check that focuses each employee on the day's "TO DO" list, allowing an inobtrusive, low-friction, positive feedback mechanism for managers to stay aware and connected. An end of the day "TA DA" list provides positive feedback to each employee every day!

Maintain positive communications...

Ntiviti keeps employees and managers in touch through low-effort micro-communications and promotes active participation in company culture.

Grow your culture as you grow your enterprise...

It's a challenge to sustain your company culture and keep the mission foremost in your employees minds as you grow. Ntiviti guides your managers to be effective ambassadors for your unique culture and mission and allows your lead executives transparency as that culture is advanced.

Mine wasted data for employee engagement gold...

Each enterprise produces massive amounts of data as it operates day to day. Little of that valuable data is accessed and the data, even if accessed at all, is invariably underutilized. Ntiviti taps into that data, using artificial intelligence to augments manager oversight and empowering them with helpful action items to achieve greater employee job satisfaction and engagement. The result is greater employee productivity and unexpected employee contributions to company success.

Management Team

Gerry Reihsen

Founder and CEO

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer Gerry Reihsen is the “Chief Vision Leader” of Ntiviti. Gerry’s attraction to the mysteries and power of human and group potential started with his bachelor’s in psychology. His vision for Ntiviti is to harness the latest learning in behavioral science to enhance personal productivity and the strength, cohesiveness, engagement and results of teams small and large.
Gerry brings more than three decades of successful business building in technology and many other industries to Ntiviti. Especially useful to the effort is his repeated success in putting together and leading teams of extraordinary people, whether as investors, directors, employs or business partners. This experience is supported by extraordinarily creative business development/strategy skills and a foundation of very broad and high-level legal expertise.
Over the twenty years after his initial 15 years of practice as outside legal counsel, Gerry founded several businesses, innovating and overcoming the inevitable obstacles inherent to building from start- up to billions of dollars in value. These included Xybridge Technologies, Inc., a communications software developer of carrier-class broadband access network softswitch technology for building infrastructure for next generation networks, and Behringer Harvard Holdings LLC, a sponsor of investment products that ultimately created four public non-listed REITs, two public non-listed limited partnerships and many others. Behringer Harvard programs raised nearly $6 billion and invested in assets of nearly $12 billion world-wide. At Behringer Gerry created a national FINRA broker dealer, administering that firm through more than a decade of regulatory compliance and many public and private securities offerings.
For three years (2014-2017) Gerry served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ashford, Inc. (NYSE MKT: AINC), a leading provider of asset management services to the hospitality industry, including service as its Audit Committee Chair. Gerry’s social and charitable activities include serving as the Chair of the Steering Committee bringing Cristo Rey Dallas Preparatory School to the Pleasant Grove area of Dallas, Texas, and now serving on the permanent board of directors of the school.
